What is the purpose of the survey?
The survey is designed to deliver insight into the state current of human resources technology in Australia for companies of greater than 500 employees, plus identify key areas of satisfaction, dissatisfaction, motivators and roadblocks surrounding HR technology and the goals for which it is used.
The results will be collated to form the annual Navigo HR Tech Report.
How is the survey enacted?
The survey is conducted by phone and online, and will take approximately 5 minutes.
The phone survey is conducted by a third-party call centre and questions are asked from a standardised survey script.
What will happen to the data?
The data collected from the survey will be used in the Navigo HR Tech Report. In this report the data will be represented exclusively in aggregate formats: no data will ever be publicly identifiable as having come from any individual or company.
In order to receive a free personal benchmark and PDF copy of the report your contact details will be retained by the HR Tech Report team. We will use these details to notify you when they are available. Navigo will keep your contact details for future communication if necessary.
No individually identifiable information will ever be sold or otherwise distributed to any recipient outside of Navigo and HR Tech Report.
How do I get a copy of the report?

Are you going to do a 2012 report?
We’re thinking about it! We’d like to do a totally electronic survey to our large database of contacts. Stay tuned.
