Now with 250 Organisations
This year’s HR Tech Report Survey has been a great success.
Numbers are still being finalised but early indications are that we have over 250 valid surveys completed representing a total employee base of over 1,000,000 Australian employees.
With that kind of data, more than ever this report will be a seriously accurate reflection of the state of HR tech in Australia!

Survey for the 2011 Report to Start November 4
The survey for the 2011 HR Tech Report is scheduled to start on November 4. This year’s survey will include new questions based on your feedback, including a more detailed look into types of HRIS, Performance Management, and the actual systems used.
The HR Tech Report is a primary research report into Australian HR Technology, now in it’s second year. For more information read on below.

We’re ramping up again for The HR Tech Report 2011.
And we’re interested in your feedback. Last year our research concentrated heavily on talent management applications and HRIS.
We acknowledge this is just a subset of HR technology (albeit a popular one), and so we’d like to open the forum for other topics.

Let us know, and if we receive enough requests we’ll include your questions as part of our research, then deliver you the information for free.

HR Tech Report 2010 Due for Release!
The Navigo Australian HR Tech Report 2010 is due for release next week, on Monday 29th March.
Everyone who completed the survey will receive an email on Monday with a link to their own personal page at HRtechreport.com.au. The report will be available for download from this page as a PDF document.
We are busily preparing the finishing touches as I write, and are eagerly looking forward to the release.
We really think we’re contributing something very valuable to the industry here, and we couldn’t have done it without the support of everyone who took the time to complete the survey.

HR Tech Report In Progress
The latest update from the Navigo HR Tech Report team. Working with the survey data has revealed some interesting trends across different industry groups.
Analysing the survey data by industry was not in the original plan for the report, however the trends are interesting and so we plan to include it.
Adding the industry data will take extra time to collate, pushing back the release date to March 2010.
The report is still on the way, and will be more valuable for the delay. If you’re eagerly anticipating the report, please send us an email and we can let you know once we have an exact forecast release date.
HR Tech Report Survey Now Complete
Welcome to 2010. The Australian HR Tech Report survey is now complete, and the results are being compiled. Our current expected release date for the report is the second week of February 2010. We’ll keep you notified of any changes here on HRtechReport.com.au
- The report contains primary research results from 164 Australian organisations of 500+ employees.
- It will be available free via HRtechReport.com.au for everyone who participated in the survey, as soon as it is released.
